Welcome to NV Hospitality. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site or engaging with our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Scope
NV Hospitality offers:
Restaurant startup consulting
Operational audits & SOP development
Catering and event management
Cloud kitchen setup
The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each client will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal. Any additional services requested outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.
2. Consultation & Discovery
All initial consultations (virtual or in-person) are subject to availability and are non-binding. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on suitability and capacity.
3. Payments & Fees
Payments must be made in full or as per the agreed milestones outlined in the invoice or contract.
Consulting and project fees are non-refundable once work begins.
Late payments beyond the agreed terms may incur additional charges or result in service suspension.
For catering or event services, a minimum 50% advance is required to confirm bookings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any cancellations must be made in writing.
For consulting projects: If a client cancels after project initiation, any completed work will be billed proportionally.
For events/catering: Cancellations within 5 days of the event may be subject to partial or full charges based on prep work already completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate, timely information and feedback throughout the project or engagement.
NV Hospitality will not be held responsible for delays caused by client-side inaction, non-cooperation, or inaccurate data.
6. Confidentiality
All business-related information shared during consulting or project work will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes unless required by law.
7. Liability
NV Hospitality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our advice, services, or platform. We provide recommendations based on industry expertise, but final business decisions lie solely with the client.
8. Intellectual Property
All SOPs, documents, and strategies created for the client remain the intellectual property of NV Hospitality unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing is prohibited.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. All content is the property of NV Hospitality and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Modifications
NV Hospitality reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
